FOUNDATION
Complete beginners, age 12 and up, in good health. You'll finish able to: Use the four weapons safely and correctly, move and keep balance, apply basic offensive and defensive technique, and understand the heritage and etiquette of Muay Thai.

DEVELOPMENT
You'll finish able to: Chain fists, feet, knees, elbows and clinch fluidly and safely; apply ancient technique to gain an edge; analyze opponents and adjust tactics in real time; and carry yourself with discipline and sportsmanship in and out of the ring.

MASTERY & COMPETITION
ou'll finish able to: Deploy high-level technique, finishing moves, and counters accurately under pressure; analyze opponents, plan and adapt strategy mid-fight; care for and recover your body and mind using sport science; and represent Muay Thai as a disciplined, ethical professional.
PROGRAM 1 - FOUNDATION
MUAY THAI (BASIC) · 400 HOURS
Start here. Build the foundation every great fighter is built on.
The Basic program introduces the complete language of Muay Thai — history, culture, movement, and the core weapons of fist, foot, knee, and elbow. You will learn to move, strike, and defend with correct technique, develop foundational fitness, and take your first steps into the timeless Mae Mai and Luk Mai (the "master techniques" and "complementary techniques") of Muay Thai.

PROGRAM 2 - DEVELOPMENT
MUAY THAI (INTERMEDIATE) · 400 HOURS
Sharpen your weapons. Learn to think like a fighter.
The Intermediate program takes proven fundamentals and turns them into a fighting game. You'll develop multi-strike offense, layered defense and counters, and deep clinch work — then learn to read an opponent, adapt your strategy, and manage the fight. This level opens the door to Thailand's ancient fighting heritage with 65 traditional fighting techniques (Choeng Muay Boran) and 23 offensive combinations (Kon Muay Ju Jom), plus sport-specific conditioning and competition rules.
Who it's for: Graduates of the Basic program, or students who pass the school's placement test (age 12+). You'll finish able to: Chain fists, feet, knees, elbows and clinch fluidly and safely; apply ancient technique to gain an edge; analyze opponents and adjust tactics in real time; and carry yourself with discipline and sportsmanship in and out of the ring.

PROGRAM 3 - MASTERY & COMPETITION
MUAY THAI (ADVANCED) · 400 HOURS
Master the art. Prepare for the ring — body, mind, and strategy.
The Advanced program develops the complete professional athlete. You'll build and design your own training programs, master high-level counter-fighting (Kae Thang Muay) and finishing techniques (Mai Tai), and learn the ancient counter-techniques (Kon Muay Kae Boran). Around your fighting, you'll add the science that sustains a career: sports psychology, sports nutrition, sports medicine, injury prevention, recovery, and the strategy of before, during, and after a bout.
Who it's for: Graduates of the Basic and Intermediate programs, or students who pass the school's placement test (age 12+). Format: 400 hours · Theory 156 / Practical 244 · 5 days/week, 2 hrs/day.

HOW OUR PROGRAMS WORK

Schedule: 5 days per week, 2 hours per day — 10 hours weekly.

Assessment: interview, observation, written and practical testing, and a fitness test. Theory-to-practice ratio 30:70; passing standard 80%.

Attendance: a minimum of 80% is required to complete each program.

Entry requirements: age 12 and up, in good health. Intermediate and Advanced require completion of the previous level or a passing placement test.

Certified instructors: taught by qualified coaches — degree-holders in Muay Thai / sports science / physical education, or instructors with proven, verified Muay Thai experience and recognized certification.
